A marvelous way to reside peacefully in the present moment is to accept what you cannot adjust. You probably have encountered folks who are revolted, aggressive, continually directed their anger against specifics of their past. These folks retain an inexhaustible inner rebellion that plagues their existence and turmoil around them. You can pay significantly more attention to your inner monologue to see if it does not tyrannize you from time to time. So you'll be certain to reside forever in this enjoyable life!

Cultivate the present moment

Give oneself periods of silence, they will promote get in touch with with oneself.
